How to Delete Account

To deactivate your PRN ON Demand account, please follow the steps outlined below based on whether you are using the mobile app or accessing the platform through a web browser.

Account Deletion Using Mobile App:

Login: Sign in to your PRN ON Demand account using your registered email address.
Access Side Menu: Open the side menu within the app.
Navigate to Profile: Locate and select the "Profile" option.
Scroll Down: Scroll down to the bottom of the profile page.
Delete Account: Find and click on the "Delete Account" button, prominently highlighted in red.
OTP Confirmation: Follow the prompted steps to confirm the account deletion by entering the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number or email.
Proceed: A dialogue box will appear, stating "We will delete your profile/account in 30 days from today". Click on the "Proceed" button to submit your account deletion request.

Account Deletion Using Web App:

Login Through Web Browser: Visit PRN ON Demand and log in using your registered email and password.
Access Profile: Click on your account name and select "Edit Profile."
Scroll Down: Scroll down to the bottom of the profile editing page.
Delete Account: Locate and click on the "Delete Account" button, which is prominently highlighted in red.
OTP Confirmation: Confirm the account deletion by entering the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number or email.
Proceed: A dialogue box will appear, stating "We will delete your profile/account in 30 days from today". Click on the "Proceed" button to submit your account deletion request.
