PRN On Demand and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as “PRN On Demand”, “we”, “our” and “us”) respect your right to privacy. We have created this privacy statement (“Privacy Statement”) to demonstrate our firm commitment to your right to privacy. This Privacy Statement outlines our personal data handling practices with respect to the Site and Services. Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalized terms in this Privacy Statement have the meaning set forth in the Customer Agreement/Contractor Agreement.
Collection of personal data
PRN On Demand collects personal data to provide the Services, to operate effectively, and to facilitate the ability of Provider Users to comply with government regulations. PRN On Demand collects and maintains personal data from its current and former Users, from individuals it may potentially sign up as Users or place for temporary service with Provider Users and, at times, it may collect or be exposed to personal data from its vendors. Through the Site, PRN On Demand collects personal data that is voluntarily provided to us by Users when a User Account is created and/or maintained.
The information PRN On Demand collects will be used only as described in this Privacy Statement and/or in the way we specify at the time of collection. We will not subsequently change the way your personal data is used without notifying you. Your continued use of the Site and/or Services after receiving such notice will reflect your consent to such changes.
We may use your personal data to, among other things:
- Provide the ability to contact you
- Facilitate compliance by Professional Users with government regulations
- Facilitate the temporary staffing need search process and help us find a suitable match between a Provider User and Professional User
- Gauge the number of users and usage of the site
- Store information about your preferences
- Recognize you when you return
- Notify you about changes to our services
Personal data we collect and maintain about you may include, without limitation, the following:
- Resumes/Curricula vitae
- Online acceptance to PRN On Demand job requests
- Our interview notes
- Information obtained through reference and background checks
- Educational or professional accreditation records
- Information necessary to provide payroll services, including banking details, tax deductions
- Reference letters and test results including, without limitation, medical and fitness testing, psychological testing and drug and alcohol testing
In appropriate situations, personal data may be “anonymized” so that the identity of individuals cannot be known. In these cases, PRN On Demand will not notify you regarding the purpose for which personal data is collected and used by PRN On Demand.
Cookies
A cookie is a small data file placed on the hard drive of your computer when you visit certain Web sites. A cookie file can contain information such as a user ID that the site uses to track the pages you have visited.
A Web bug is a graphic on a Web page or email that gathers information about the computers used to view the Web page or email. A Web bug can collect your computer’s IP address and the time you viewed the Web site or email.
Neither a cookie nor a Web bug can read data from your hard disk or read cookie files created by other Web sites other than as described above. Some parts of the Site use cookies and Web bugs to track User traffic patterns on the Site. We perform this tracking to determine the usefulness of our Web site information to our Users and to see how effective our navigational structure is in helping Users reach that information.

Sharing your personal data
PRN On Demand will only share personal data about you that is relevant to our legitimate business purposes or as required to meet legal or regulatory requirements. In addition, we attempt to collect only so much of your personal data as is necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes set forth in this Privacy Statement, unless otherwise consented to by the individual concerned.
As a part of our provision of the Services to Users, we will share personal data from the profile of Professional Users with Provider Users. This personal data will be shared solely for the purpose of managing staffing requests as needed and for no other reason. However, we do not control the manner in which Provider Users may use, maintain or store your personal information once they receive it.
In some instances, we may engage third parties to facilitate our provision of the Services. These third parties may require your personal data to assist us in providing the Services. PRN On Demand only provides these third parties with the minimum amount of personal data necessary to provide the Services on our behalf.
Circumstances may arise where, whether for strategic or other business reasons, PRN On Demand decides to sell, buy, merge or otherwise reorganize businesses. Such a transaction may involve, in accordance with applicable law, the disclosure of personal data to prospective or actual purchasers, or the receipt of it from sellers. It is PRN On Demand’s practice to seek appropriate protection for information in these types of transactions.
Your personal data is never sold, rented or leased to any external company, unless you have granted us permission to do so.
PRN On Demand may respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process by disclosing your personal data and other related information, if necessary. We also may disclose your personal data when we choose to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
We may collect and possibly share personal data and any other additional information available to us in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Use, or as otherwise required by law.
Should you withdraw consent to the use of your personal information for any of the above-identified purposes, we will stop using your information for such purposes as soon as it is reasonably possible to do so. PRN On Demand will also notify you if withdrawing consent affects our ability to service you.
Data integrity
Most personal data collected and maintained by us is submitted or uploaded by a User. All Users are asked to ensure that their personal data is at all times accurate, complete and current. However, because Users can edit, modify and upload their own personal data submitted to us through the Site, we cannot guarantee that personal data submitted by a User is at all times accurate, complete and current.
Security of your personal data
The security and confidentiality of your Personal Information is extremely important to us. We use robust security measures to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse and alteration. We use industry-standard practices such as encrypted communications, firewalls and password protection systems to safeguard the confidentiality of your Personal Information. From time to time, we review our security procedures to consider appropriate new technology and methods. However, please understand that, despite our best efforts, no security measure is perfect or impenetrable. Please note, we will notify Users of a data breach pursuant to applicable law.
To protect the confidentiality of Personal Information maintained in your account, you must keep your password confidential and not disclose it to any other person. You are responsible for all uses of the Services by any person using your password. Please advise us immediately if you believe your password has been misused.

Unless a different use/storage period is required by applicable laws and regulations, PRN On Demand will use and store your Personal Information for a length of time necessary for the uses explained in this Policy.
Children's privacy
The Site and Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. PRN On Demand does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that data from our systems.

PRN On Demand conducts an annual self-assessment in order to verify that this Privacy Statement is published and implemented within pRN On Demand.
